As Western New York natives, the experience they have in the media business has greatly contributed to their knowledge and success in the industry. The company was created as an agency and production company to provide a full menu of advertising services.

DEBRA HORN STACHURA
Owner

As owner, Deb oversees the operation of the business and coordinates all media campaigns. Born and raised in Buffalo, she began her career in radio and quickly transitioned to television at Buffalo’s NBC affiliate, WGRZ-TV. She understands the Western New York market and culture. Deb will tailor your campaign to fit your budget, and be effective.
She currently serves on the SUNY Fredonia Foundation Committee.
Bob Stachura

BOB STACHURA
Creative Director

Bob began his on-air radio career in Western New York in 1979. He has worked extensively in the media industry, formerly serving as the Senior Commercial Producer at WGRZ-TV. He has produced hundreds of television and radio commercials. His writing and producing have earned him numerous awards for such clients as Vidler’s, West Herr Automotive Group, SUNY Erie and Genesee Community College.

From writing and producing to his stellar skills with animation and digital content, Steven is hands-on with much of the post-production at BAM. Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Maxon’s Cinema 4D are just a few of the tools he utilizes to deliver for our clients.
